was one about which the contention
for a division of Robeson hinged. In

Varser declared that if the revalua
tion law lowered the tax rate it
would prove a success and if it raised

must put forth more strength. It is
not losing time to take time to sharp
the Axe. The man who faces
life's problems from day to day with
out spending time in prayer is like
the man who fails to sharpen his
