Tbe State Bank declared dividends in
the monthaof December and' June .list,
at the rate of four percent- which, on the
aharet held in it by North Carolina,
amounted to twenty-one thousand, three
hundred and seventy-six dollars ; which
were patted to the credit of the State,
and are, of courte,'included in the amount
of the rrcrry at the Public Treasury;

had occurred and was payable by the State

and 1 785, and from time to time redeemed

decline,, that the holders of the old Botes
may become more disposed to keep and
