Those who have not been deprived of their interest by stress of circumstances in this way, have no control, or next to none, in the management of thier work. They have been ruled out ; their counsels are not heeded in the management, and their final absorption and destruction by the ring is but a question of time. Very soon all the money, rights and influence of the stock holders will have been swallowed up by strangers, interlopers, Rail Road Rings. Not -only so, but the State's interest, if uot already beyond redemption, will go like wise.
