No matter what may be said of Mr. T. by those who differ with him politically, or on other grounds, he haa done more to save the people from public robbery than any half dox-n men in the State. We have not approved Mr. Turner's course in many things, hut we believe him to have been actuated by honest motives in whstever he has advocated. He has been a terror to evil doers : he has exposed the rsscaJs in both parties, and he has brought down upon him the wrath nf many who should have been ashamed to reproach him. But Mr. Turner has done great good, aud the seed that lie has sown will yet take mot among the people and flourish to the great coireteruatioii and discomfiture ot bis eii-mies.
