Court, at Greensboro, N . C, next ensuing after
the day of sale.
Those who purchase at said aale, provided
thev be holders of the bonds secured by the
mortgage mentioned in the said Decree, may
retain their shares of the purchase saonev, ex
cept as to the said sum of $10,000,00, by sur
rendering to the Comniinuooer au equal a-
mount ofsaid bonds.
The said Commissioners are authorized, so
soon as the said aale shall be confirmed bv
the Court, to give immediate possession of
the said Railroad, its property and e fleets
of every kind and description ; and all per
