There is now ou exhibition in a show window on Church street, Philadelphia, the giant gauge constructed for the pur pose of registering Mr. Keely's "power." It stands about four feet and a half high, and registers 54,006 pounds to the square inch being the largest gauge in existence. It is beautifully ornamented and planted with silver. It cost $1,000, $500 of which was required to be paid before work was commenced on it. It is stated that the Government has just ordered a similar one to be constructed for its use. 'I he largest Government gauge now is 20,000 pounds to the square inch. U v r i - . ' . Mr. iveeiy is more elevated in spirits than ever.
