Arrangements are being made for the transportation of the North Carolina delegates and alternates to the Chicago convention and for qlmrtcrs for them while there. One or two Pullman cars will be chartered from Wa-hington and the North Carolinians will gather in that city about Saturday, June lS:h, and leave Sunday, 19th, reaching Chicago Monday morning, the day b( fore the convention assembles.
