Sowers, instituted proceedings to
have himself adjudged capable of

case was given to the jury. The
jury returned a verdict that Sowers
was capable of holding property
but yid not refer to the main
cause of the action, i. e,, that
Sowers was capable of managing
his property. The verdict was set
aside by agreement and a rehear
ing will be had at another time.
