A more equitable assessment of real and. personal property and the appointment of assessors who are thoroughly capable and will not show favoritism. 5 To deposit county funds with banks that will allow interest on deposits. We condemn the practice, which ib forbidden by law, of transfer ing funds for use in one depart ment from the source where it properly belongs.
