Venus notioes in the Rowan
Record where a young man went
to jsee his girl and when he went
home he forgot his mule and had
to walk back and get it. A young
man down below Faith went to
see his girl and while he was talk

buggy wheels, put the hind ones
in front and the front ones behind,
aud it was several days before he
found it out. He went to church
one -Sunday and discovered the
change. This was told to Venus
by the boys some time ago.

It is just as hard, or harder, to
rid a day of errors moral as it is
1 m
riu a newspaper issue ot errors
typographical. Aud the posibih
ties of mistakes in a journalistic
print shop are well-nigh incalcula
ble. For instanoe, a printers
magazine says: "To set an ordi
nary column of type requires 10,-
000 pieces of type. There are
seveu positions in which each 1st

over 100,000 chances to make
transpositions. In the sentence.
'To be or not to be,' by transposi

575,022 errors. ' How can we
ever get out one single paper with

"errorless game" in life? Ought
we not be more CDnsiderate of

we not continually look to the
great Forgiver to correct and
counteract the errors we make?
