STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
2 cups strawberries (crushed)
1V4 cups sugar
hi teaspoon salt
2 cups whipping cream
(whipped)
Wash, hull, and crush strawber
ries, Add sugar and mix until sugar
is dissolved. Add salt. Fold straw
berry mixture into the whipped
cream. Pour into speed-freezing
tray of Hotpoint refrigerator. Set
cold control to lowest degree and
freeze, stirring once.
