Winters In Europe, and next in the United States, brought her more and more fame. But It wasn’t until she went 10 Hollywood, where at 23, she has Just made her first picture, One In A Million, for the Twentieth Cen tury-Fox Film Corporation, that she reached the real perfection of art that Is thrilling audiences every where. Man-made weather was provided for her when filming of the feature film began. Hollywood basked in the brilliant sunshine of California, but Sonja had her own air condi tioned weather, constantly adjusted to the exact degree she required for skating performances that are being balled ns the climax of her career. The Twentieth (Vnfury-Fox Film studio where Miss Henle’s skating exhibitions were photographed has a refrigeration plant that manufac tured the Ice surface needed for her. It has. al»o, air conditioning equipment that enabled the pro ducers to give her, at every mo ment, just .the temperature and humidity she required for the most striking exemplification of her tal ents. It is the same kind of equip ment that is used throughout the country in buildings of all kinds.
