Would it not bo far better to leave this mat ter, as it was left in our old ConMitu tion, to the discretion of the General Assembly ? Suppose we would be come satisfied that onr interot.ts re quired come other person than the Clerk of the Superior Court to" have "jurisdiction of thejjrobate of .deeds, the granting of letters, testamentary, Ac," the Constitution must be chang ed to effect it.
