death of Mr. Jonathan Tomlinson,
of Black Creek township. Mr. Tom-'
linson was a man of prominence, in 1
the county, having served the people '
as a magistrate, a county commis
sioner and . representative in the
State Legislature. He was a
good business man arid had acquired ;
quite a comfortable fortune. His 1
death was caused by a Stroke 6f pa
ralysis. The Advance extends its
deepest sympathy to the bereaved
