Sheriff Harnes pro ceeded on Monday night' to visit the house where King was staying and found him asleep. He arretted him without trouble; he had in his possession a gold watch t wo dollars, fifteen hundred cigars, one trunk failed with very fine clothing and a few other goods such as ladies' collars and cuffs, a few hats, calico &c, and a gold cuff button.
