"Parties wishing to spend the summer in the mountains, or at the Catawba Springs, will find it to their interest to take advan tage of these low excursion rates." I would like to know (in common With a very considerable number of our peo ple)'if the railroad authorities will pass any one back to Wilmington from Henry's Station on these tickets, say in October, should they take advantage of these excursion tickets and go to this place or the Catawba Springs? We would like the railroad authorities to Shswer this through your paper or you to do so for them. Travelers. This excursion, as we understand it, is to be given by parties who have char-s tered trains for this special occasion and therefore the railroad companies do not regulate the tariff of travel. The tickets will be good as long as the limit assigned to the excursion, and after that we pjre sume,as a matter of course, that the y will not be acknowledged by the railroad au thorities. Review.
