We are glad to learn that Mrs. J. C
Bailey, widow of the late Mr.J, J. C.
Bailey, who had the misfortune to fall
nearly a year ago, by which she sns

the use of crutches, has sojfar reco vered
as to be able to dispense with them, 'and
is now able to walk with the assistance
ef a cane. She Has been severe : suf

thief then went below to the safe
