Evans, late Senator from the twentieth district. Resolved by the Senate, the House ot Representatives concurring: That the 'Auditor of the State, upon ' the exhibition to him ot a duly certified statement of the burial expenses of the lata C N B Evans. Senator from the twentieth dUtrict. be authorized and he is hereby direct!, to issue his warrant anon the Treasury for the payment of - such expenses.
