A Snatch, Thief. ;" , J A lew nights ago as Eliza Finch, the proprietress of a house on Nutt street was waiting on some customers, hand ing them cigars across the counter, one of them (one of the cigars, not one of the customers) fell to the floor and as she stooped to pick it up her pocket book, containing $11 in money and papers, fell and before she could put her hands on it a colored man who was statnding near grabbed it and made for the door and succeeded in effecting his escaped.- The man was a stranger, and not even his name is known, and it is probable that the book and its contents will never be recovered. - !
