J-Ctfal Holidays.
Wc gave yesterday what wo thought
were legal Holidays tnrongnout the
country, such days, for instance, as
aro not banking days. Wc understand
now from a friend who is an o Dicer in
a bank that there are three days which
we have not included in the list. Good
Fridaj, May 10 (Memorial Day) and
May 20th (Mecklenburg Day), and that
these days Ixaye been legalized by an
act of the General Assembly of this
State. Wc did not understand it in this
way but think we have got it right now.
Nine holidays in the courso of the year
are almost enough. Put three more on
the list and there will be an average of
ono to each month, which, after all, is
not too many.
