Cotton The receipts of cotton at this port for the month of February amount to 2,940 bales, as against 4.660 bales for the same month last year, a decrease this February of 1,726 bales. The receipts of the crop year to date foot up 91,906 bales against 88, 195 bales to same date la3t year, an increase this year of 3,711 bales.
