Business is easy to do if you do it right. The way to stir things up is to give the people bargains, and through this we have built up a big business and we propose to hold it by continu ing the fair and fquare dealing for which our house is noted far and wide. We do and can afford to sell goods cheaper than any other clothing house in this city, and we make the same lib eral offer to everybody. If any article bought of us is not exactly as repre sented or is in any respect unsatisfac tory, it may be exchanged, or we will promptly refund ia cash the price paid for ir. Examine our goods at your homes, compare them, -their quality and price, with goods from other stores and you will see why our trade contin ues to grow and prosper. We are now showing great bargains in men's, boy's and children's clothing. See our prices and post yourself before you buy and you will sorely save from 15 to 25 per cent, on every dollar. The annual meetinL' of tho Wilming ton Library Association will be held at their Library rooms on Market street to-night and it is very essential that there should be a full attendance as business of importance will be trans acted. We are elad to learn that the Library is iu a prosperous condition and that- U&sphere of usefulness is being constantly enlarged and its mani fold benefits to our citizens are becom ing more fully appreciated. The follow ing is a synopsis of the annual report which will be submitted by the Board of Directors at the meeting to nigbt) and it speaks well lor the success of the Libraiy Association: "The condition of the Association is not ies-? favorable than at the termina tion of tne last fiscal year. Reviewing the work which has been accomplished within the two years past and remark ing the slowly increasing interest by tho public? in the Library, there is reason to believe that, with discreet and energetic management, the Library will become largely and generally patronized, which would enhance income and enable it to supply present great want of books. "Within tbe year, one hundred and ninety-eight volumes have been added to the Library by purchase, while some fifty volumes of more or less value, have been donated by Rev. Dr. Wi'sou and Col. S. L. Fremont. The heirs ot the late Henry Ntttt have presented to tho Library. uporAhe condition of thezr return should the Association dissolve at any time, the highly valuable collec tion of forty-four bound volumes of newspapers, published in Wilmington, between the years 1833 and 1873. There have been nineteen hundred and forty two volumes taken from the Library during the year, and the call for books is increasing all the time. "We have now one hundred and five members. Within the year, there have been thirty admissions, twenty nine resignations, and nineteen mem bers expelied for nou-payiaent of dues.
