The New York World has not been a Democratic newspaper for many long years. It- has been such in name, but not in fact. It first showed its true colors years ago when it declared for mixed schools in Richmond. It is now throwing off a mask it seems that it no longer needs. In a double-leaded editorial article in its Wednesday's issue it re joices in nominations made by the Republicans. We venture the pre diction that twelve months from to" day it will be found supporting the Republican nominee for President. .Vale, vale, Mr. Pulitzer.
