Fatal Accident. .
Mr. Ben j. C. Bardeu, a young
man 21 years old, while bathing in
Black river at Clear Run, Sampson
county, on the 8th inst., accidentally
struck -his head and shoulders
against the bottom with such force
that his spinal column was injured
to such an extent that he died from

was a son of Mr. B. C, Harden, who
