The Enterprise Cornet Band will furnish the" music. Track Laying. Track -laying is now the order of the day at Point Peter on the line of the Cape Fear and Yadkin Valley Railroad. It has been ktid across . the Railway Bridge Go's track. On the right side several miles are already laid. There is a construction tram at work which was sent down from Fayetteviile via the C. C R. R. from Maxton. This train runs down every morn ing and picks up the hands and carries them up to the point of work and is engaged continue ously during the balance of the day in transporting rails and- ma terial. The work is being pushed forward vigorously and if cotnree tion is not made with Fayetteviile by the Fall there will not be much of a gap left open. Three is Kxoessive.
