The receipts at the Georgia State
Treasury at the close of the year
were $300,000 larger than at the same

the keeping of the mortuary chapel
at Farnborough, where the remains
of Napoleon III. and the Prince Im
perial are interred, a magnificent
altar cloth, made from her wedding
gown. The cloth has been made by
the Empress herself. It is trimmed
ith the lace and'embroidery which
ornamented the dress.'

only Southern Republican member
