Isn't Thin flxl Doctrine? r
The contract for supplying the
policemen with overcoats this winter
has been given to D. Klein & Bros.,
New York, at $15.75 for each over
coat. It ought to have been given
to a home dealer, even if the cost
had been much greater. In fact, no
one but a Wilmington elothie
should have been allowed to com
pete for the job. The dealers here
pay a tux to support the city gov

contribute a cent for the purpose
We think this good logic and sound
doctrine.
