Burras, ot Moore, had a tenant, Jack Peoples, who would not work. - Mr. B. took steps for bis ejectment, and one evening this week, the Sheriff, accompan ied by Mr. Burras, went to serve process on the negro. , During the progress of the affair, the negro raised a shot gun to shoot Mr. Burras, who also raised his gun, when both fired simultaneously, - and both fell dead in their tracks.
