The extra term of the Superior for Anson eounty, for the trial o! the Redfearn znur derers, Judge Buxton presiding, commenced at Wadesboro' on Monday last, and on Tues day true bills were found by the Grand Jury against all the parties under arrest except Louis Henry; who was subsequently discharg ed from custody. Yesterday morning when the train passed the work of empanneling the jury was about commencing. The trial Is ex pected to consume the entire week. The luckiest fishing party that we have heard of this season in this or any other local ity went down to the Blackfish Grounds yes terday, on the steamer Alpha. Fifteen gentle men, fully equipped with hooks and lines suitable for the purpose, comprised the party. They . remained on the grounds, .about five hours andaught three thousand fine blackfish, considered by the large majority of our peo ple the most delicious specimens of the finy trie caught In the waters of North Carolina. Two of the fortunate followers of Isack Wal ton (who would have gone Into ecstacies over such luck as that experienced by the party al luded to) succeeded alone in hooking three hundred and eighty of thelot.
