We intend to go into this little arrangement ourself. We are very expert on pigeon shooting, and will wager seventy-five or thirty cents that we can kill a pigeon, if securely tied, at twenty, paces, nine times oat of nine hundred and ninety-nine. This, It will be understood, Is a much more difficult feat than bringing down a bird flying, as in the latter case it is almost certain, in its devi ous flight, to fly against some of the shot from the fowling piece.
