At St. Louis, the Brotherhood of Locch ' motive Engineers 'was in 'executive session Friday and . Saturday. A resolution was . adopted favoring the abolishment of all Sun day trains,' and a committee was appointed to confer with railroad officials throughout the country on the subject. ; A clause, to be inserted in the act of in corporation, providing for the expulsion of any engineer addicted to use of intoxicating liquors, was also , adopted. The installation of Right Rev. Jas. Gib bons, Catholic Bishop of Richmond, Va., took place Sunday with most impressive ceremonies. Archbishop Ray ley, of Balti- more, and Bishop Becker, of Wilmington, Del, were present; also all the clergy of the diocese and a number of church dignitaries '-from other sections. A meeting of business men of Philadel phia was held at the Commercial Exchange, to-day, to discuss the proposed re-issuance of forty-four million dollars in legal tenders. The onlv business done was the submission of resolutions by Geo. Fox, to the effect that the business men of this city would en dorse a continuance of Secretary Boutwell's former policy, via: ".Purchase of bonds from time to time to relieve the tnonev mar ket.
