This is a mistake. The fare will be reduced to 6 cents per ticket Accident in a Saw Mill. A colored man by the name of -Andy Davis, employed at the steam saw mills of Mr. O. G. Parsley, near Hilton, met with a severe accident yesterday morning. It seems that while passing through the mill, he acci dentally stumbled and fell on one of the hands while the machinery was in motion, by which the flesh of his left arm was badly cut and bruised, besides receiving several slight contusions on the body. Capt Blaisdell, ' of the Brig Frontier, which arrived at this port yesterday from Navassa Island, reports having experienced a rough passage. On the 17th the vessel was struck by a hurricane, lasting twenty- two hours, during which the vessel sus tained- considerable" damage, everything movable oh deck being stove. The decks of the vessel were repeatedly swept fore and aft by the heavy seas, one of which washed the mate overboard, but he caught in the main chains and luckily succeeded in sav ing himself.
