We learn from the Pee Dee Courier that in the case of the killing of Elijah Gibson by his son Eli Gibson, which took place some time ago, the full particulars of which appeared in the Star, the Coroner's jury agreed upon the following verdict: "That Elijah Gibson came to his death by a blow from a wooden rake in the hands of his son, Eli Gibson." The remains of - the de ceased were disinterred and a post mortem examination made at the Coroner's inquest.
