Le Gaulois and Le Rappel main tain in spite of denials the truth of . the assertion that the ministry will resign oh November 5th. They even assert that efforts are being made at the present moment to form a tem porary Cabinet with Gen. Berthoul, the present Minister of War, as Presi dent of the Council, and the Duke De Cazes as Minister of Foreign Affairs. This Cabinet would be charged with the duty of presenting President MacMahon's message to the Chambers, and asking the Cham bers to vote the most important taxes.
