During the session of . the Court informa tion was telephoned of a disturbance in the neighborhood of Sixth and Walnut streets, when Sergeant Davis was instructed to go and investigate the matter. He soon re turned with one Lucy Fisher, colored, and her case was immediately called. She was charged with acting in a very boisterous I manner, to the great annoyance of the neighborhood.
