J Washthgtok, October 9: Th6 Supreme jOourt of the United Stales will meet Mon day next for the October term of 1884. Six of the Justices are already in the city, and all are expected to take their seats when the Court reassembles. The number of cases on the docket is 1,025, or 54 less than were docketed up to the corresponding time last year. The Court holds undefc advisement ten cases which were argued or submitted at the last term, but only one of them has general interest. - It is the so-ealled ''Head money case," of the Liverpool.New York & Philadelphia Steamship Co., aeainst the Commissioners of Emigration. A muni ber of cases have been specially assigned for the second day of the forthcoming term of the Court, and the indications are that most of them will be argued. Stuart's Eye Whiskey. rjHE REPUTATION OF THIS WHISKEY HAS steadily increased since we introduced it into this market, and we know it is the most popular Whiskey Ever Sold in Wilmington. This has led a few unscrupulous dealer 8 to sell I an inferior Whiskey under the brand of "Stu art's," thereby practicing a fraud on their pat rons and creating dissatisfaction with all who tue it If this misrepresentation of our STU ART'S RYE la not stopped we propose to publish the names of the parties to whom we now refer, and see what effect that course will have. We do not intend to allow the. reputation of the Stuart's to be unpaired, nor will we allow reflec tions to be cast on us, for reducing the standard of the goods. P. L.
