It seems that some friends of Garrison tracked him to the depot and found that he had bought a ticket through to New York, whereupon a telegram was sent to the proper officers in Goldsboro' and Morris was arrested. He and Orr were chums, and it is thought that Morris has the money, as none ywas found in the possession of Orr. They are both white seamen.
