A quorum was present. Mayor Hall, the Chairman, presided, and Mr. H. G. Latimer was appointed Secreta ry. Mr. Donald McRae was excused from further meetings of the committee, and Mr. H. G. Smallbones was appointed to serve in his place. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the 10th. 11th and 12th of June; were the days on which the proposed Art Loan Exhibition and Promenade Con cert shall be held. It was stated that Mr. Yollershad kindly offeied his hall for the purpose of the Exhibition and Concert, and the offer was unanimously accepted. It was decided that the Chairman should ap point committees on Art, Music, Refresh ments and Printing. . A resolution was passed that the Historical Society be re quested to appoint a committee of three to co operate with this committee. The committee then adjourned.
