The dynamic forces of humanity, their action and reaction, their spring and their recoil, their struggle and effects, their triumphs and defeats these will keep vitality in a play in spite of time and change. It is these forces which make the old English comedy go. This is particularly true of "She Stoops to Conquer,'' which is classic, and ranks with "As You Like It," and Sheridan's "Rivals." It is spoken of as being rendered by this company with every attention to' artistic detail, and will doubtless draw a large audience from the most cultured circles of Wil mington.
