and the Committee that a special
council of the church be held in t
Stephen's parish, Goldsbaro, on Octc

The object of the special meeting Is
to elect a Bishop-Coadjutor, to .which
action the Bishop gave his canonical
consent, assigning to Ihe Coadjutor,
when duly elected and consecrated, all
the duties of the Episcopal office, ex
cept the appointment of ' examining
chaplains and the right to preside at
the Diocesan Councils. At the meet
ing the Committee passed the follow
ing resolution:
