Two mem ber, of the committee, Messrs. J. F. Woolrin and W.L. Coney,, the former opposed and-the latter favorable to lie csrniva', were absent, but had paired on the qutstion, so that Mr. Woolviu'i vote counted '?, nay, Pauline," while that of Mr. Coney's was counted in the sffirmatire.
