It also instructs to make Revenue officials amenable to State law and to secure a repeal of those provisions of the Internal Rev enue laws, which allow Revenue offi- cera to make arrests without warrant and to destroy stills without precept.5 It also asks for a reduction, modifica tion and equalization of the tariff.
