AGREE.VBLE to an Act of the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, r.atifiel Dec.| 25 1862, authorizing the Town of Fayetteville to issue her Bonds to the amount of $100,000, in the aggre gate, for the purpose of paying her subscription to the Western Rail Road Company.
