On motion of James F. Marsh,
Resolved, That from and after the 1st da}’ of Janu
ary. 185(), Cash will be required upo» the delivery
of all Freights at Wilmington and Fayetteville re
spectively.
On motion of J. D. Williams,
! Resolved, That each of the Steamboat Companies on
j the Cape Fear River, from and after the 1st of January,
1 185'>, will carry Guano from Wilmington to Fayette-
I ville at 1() cents per bag. Lime at 25 cents per cask,
I and ground Plaster at :5(t cents per cask, and that a
