miles North of Fayetteville. There is on this tract,

The Western Rail Road Co. have for sale in amounts
to suit purchasers,
820.000 of the Coupon Bonds of the Couaty of
Cumberland, bearing 7 per cent, interest, payable
semi-annually on the 1st June and the 1st of Deeem-
ber, and running 20 years.
890.000 of the Coupon Bonds of the Town of
Fayetteville, bearing C per cent interest, payable lemi-
annually on the 1st January and the 1st of July, and
runninic ‘20 years.
These bonds were issued iu accordance with law to
the W’estern Rail Road Co., to pay the County and
Town subscriptions respectively.
