TBS MECKLESBURO DECLARA TION OF ISDEPESDEXCE. W demote a Urge amount of space this week to a correspondence, which estab lishes the fact pf the Declaration brood all peradventure. Tbe franking priv ilege waa, it seems, permuted sixty -tears sgo. The letter is folded and sealed wrtb the old red water, a it was long before the era of envelopes. The paper is very poor article, worse then the worst article made In Confederate times. The hand writing is bold, clear and distinct. We have followed copy closely in the whole correspondence, giving the spelling, capi tal letters, rate, dec.
