This latter resolution provoked some little discussion which was partici pated in by Meaara W hi taker, Vfoodaoa, Jones, Manning, Polk, Fulghum and Mkinner, when on motion the further consideration was postponed until the Evening Session, being referred to a spe cial Committee of five with instructions then to report Mr. Jones, a resolution that this Con veettwn take some definite action in regard to the rates of advertising. Re ferred to the foregoing Committee.
