Col. Jo. Davier, , of Kentucky, was a man
of high character; and highly porjular in his
Raleieh Register notifying the children of. the said
John and Charles Wornum, that unless they appear
at the next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to
be held for the County of Northampton at the Court
House in the town of Jackson, on the first Monday
in December next, and make themselves Ittriirs
