Mori rate, theretofore executed hy the Ralfigh and
Gaston Rail Road Company, to indemnify the State
against certain liabilities for said Company, I will sell
Roanoke River, in the direct line of public conveyance
to Petersburg, City Point, Richmond, Washington
City, Baltimore, Ac cifu together with all Bridges,
Depots, Workshops and Tool, Warehouses, Water
Station, Engines, Cars, dec. &c Also, the stock of
Iron, Lumber, and. Fire Wood, which msy then be
on hand, and all other articles, owned and used by
said Coropsny for keeping op said Rail Road, and
transportation on the same.- From the nature of tbe
property, it will be sold en masse.
The purchasers, by tbe terms of tbe Decree, snd
tba Act of. the Legislature in relation to it, will be-
