As far as the telegrams go they c indicate pretty conclusively a de cided viutoiy for the Republicans in' the two former States after a most vigorously waged contest in which both parties showed amaz ing strength, and polled a tremend ous vole. The Republicans have unquestion ably carried Ohio by an increased majority.
